Membership applications have to be submitted online. There is no provision for physical applications. Only Displaced Kashmiris can apply for membership. The applicant needs to have a Domicile/State subject certificate of Jammu & Kashmir.

Fees Payable

• Application Fee: Rs. 50
• Unit Share Price (Per Share - Transferable): Rs. 1,100
• Administrative Costs: Rs. 2,000
• Total: Rs. 3,150/-

All fees mentioned above are inclusive of any taxes to be paid to Govt of Jammu & Kashmir. In case a membership application is rejected for some reason, the Unit Share price and Administrative Costs (amounting to Rs. 3,100/-) will be refunded.
